During our 2 hour DIY Staging Consultation we come through your house with hawk-eyes on the lookout for anything that a buyer may see as less than favourable (giving them a reason to low-ball you). After a thorough onsite assessment we compile a list of all of the things that will make a big impact when it comes to your listing photos and showings.
