The Edgemont house was a flip house. It was a project that was taken down to the studs and built back up with hardwoods, paint, backsplash, a brand new IKEA kitchen with a half wall and island installed, and a new modern bathroom. It was then decorated and staged for a young professional female as a starter home. It sold after 1 week on MLS above asking price in a multiple-offer situation.
