1. Staging Consultation

We offer a 2 hour DIY Staging Consultation, where we walk through the entirety of the home (including outside) and compile a list of anything and everything that have the potential to negatively affect your sale.

2. Packing & Sorting Support
Everyone’s favourite part!
Ok, maybe not… but it’s definitely one of ours!
Once we have established what needs to be packed away before listing photos and showings (which we do during the consultation), we pack up everything that isn’t required while you are still living there and prepare it to move to the new home!
For this step, we partner with Happy Place Spaces who is an expert at packing, purging, and cleaning!
Wouldn’t it be a dream if all of your items were tagged and ready for your new home? Well, you can stop dreaming, because we make sure everything is labeled for easy placement by the movers and unpacking!
4. Decor Consignment
It is inevitable that when you are packing, there are some decorative items that you don’t feel you need to bring into your new life. We will HAPPILY take unwanted decor off your hands! Consigning decor with us is a great way to put even more money in your pockets when selling your home.
We follow real estate trends and understand what buyers are looking for, so we know what it takes to sell your home for more money, faster.
Your home might be fine to stage as is, or perhaps it requires a few cosmetic upgrades. Whatever the case, we will advise you of any necessary tweaks and work with service providers (i.e. painters, wallpaper installers, handymen, etc) to get your house market-ready.
The catch? You might not want to sell it by the time we’re done with it!

Gone are the days of shoving boxes away in the garage and saying “I’ll get to it”. We make sure you are set up for success in your new space by organizing your life and designing each space in a way that gives you joy when you enter.
*Depending on the timeline of your move – whether you have some time to redesign before you move in, or if you need to move in right away and design later – the following phases may come in a different order.

1. Design Consultation
New house, new you!
What a great opportunity for a fresh start.
The design consultation can be done even before you move in, if you have purchased a home but have not yet moved in. And if you have moved in, that works too! We will come to your new home to get an idea of what we are working with. We will begin planning out the scope of the project and brainstorming key design elements.
2. Interior Design
Without personality and custom details, a house is just a house. Let us make this new house your home.
We’ll work together to define your personal style and design preferences. From there, we will create a design plan for each space and element of the project, including paint colours, wall treatments, window treatments, hard finishes, fixtures, furniture, etc.
3. Floor Planning
Prior to moving into your new home, we will plan out exactly where each major piece of furniture is going so that the movers can unload in the right areas, saving you a huge headache later. Floor planning also guarantees a seamless transition knowing that there is a place for everything and everything will be in its place – and if it is not, we know in advance!
4. Construction Management
Painters, installers, framers, drywallers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, handymen, oh my!
Even for smaller cosmetic construction projects, there are a number of tradespeople involved, but you can rest assured knowing that we are managing all the moving parts. Save yourself the headache and costly mistakes!
5. Move Management
That’s right, we’ll be right by your side on moving day!
We act as the single point of contact for the movers, and day of, we will be on site directing them where to place everything according to our floor plans and which rooms to bring each box to.
6. Unpacking & Organizing
We aren’t shy about calling ourselves expert unpackers. We create foolproof systems for organizing right from the get-go that make staying organized after we’re gone an absolute breeze.
The more the merrier! We bring back our friends at Happy Place Spaces to help us make sure that your new home is your happy place.
7. Interior Decorating, Install, & Styling
It’s time to style your house to perfection.
Maybe you just want us to make sure every one of your items has a proper place in your home. Maybe you’ve enlisted our help with selecting new furniture, fixtures, and decor. Whether it’s beautifully styling a bookcase in your office, or furnishing your entire home from beds to show racks, we are there to make sure that every single detail in your new home is magazine-cover worthy.
